Qi gong – Stomach and Spleen

Qi Gong

I have just created a new page on our site www.chiexercises.com briefly explaining the origins of Qi gong.

We will be adding videos for you to follow along with so you can practice Qi gong (also known as qigong, chi kung).

Here is a preview of the page:

Qi Gong, qigong, chi kung, or chi gung are all variations on the spelling for what the Chinese translate literally as “Life Energy Cultivation”. It is one of the most practiced chi exercises practiced throughout the world. It involves a coordination of breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation.

Qi gong’s roots are based in Traditional Chinese Medicine, martial arts, and philosophy. Today Qi gong is traditionally viewed as a practice to harness and balance qi (chi).

To learn more about how to harness and balance your chi you can read my new book – BODY ENERGY – Unlock The Secrets Of The Chinese Body Energy Clock – available on Amazon.com.
